Why we started Lucerne, in three events.
EVENT 01
The problem
Private parking lots across Quebec deal with the same problem, over and over: unauthorized vehicles taking spots that belong to residents, tenants, or customers. The usual fix — manual patrols, angry phone calls, and towing disputes — is slow, inconsistent, and often unfair to everyone involved.
EVENT 02
The idea
Replace that guesswork with a system that sees clearly, acts consistently, and gives property managers real control without turning them into full-time enforcement officers. Automatic license plate recognition does the watching. Lucerne OS does the deciding. The manager stays in charge the whole time.
