Request removal of your information
If your vehicle was detected at a Lucerne-equipped property, you can ask to access, correct or remove the information we hold about you — such as your plate number, photos and detection records.
Send us your request with your plate number and where and when your vehicle was detected. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days, as required by Québec law.
What to include

- The parking property (name or address)
- The approximate date and time
